Sold for the purchase price of___________ dollars to ______________________,
one Border Collie born _____________ named ______________________ AKC# ___________. The buyer agrees to take this animal for complete check up with his vet within 72 hours of purchase . If in this first 72 hour period the Buyer is unsatisfied with this puppy FOR ANY REASON,the buyer shall notify Susan Devaux immediately by phone and return said puppy in healthy condition within one week to be eligible for refund of purchase price less $200.00
PET PUPPY CLAUSE:
The buyer further agrees to spay/neuter this animal at Buyer's expense by the age of one year old, but not before this puppy has achieved the appropriate growth plate closure per vet exam. Failure to spay/neuter this puppy or allowing it to produces puppies invalidates this agreement.
SHOW PUPPY CLAUSE:
On show pups Buyer agrees to actually show pup at AKC shows and if is unable to obtain puppy's championship by age of 3 years that puppy will be returned to breeder to show and finish championship or be exchanged for a pup of the Breeder choice.
Should the buyer be unable to keep this dog at any time during his lifetime, for any reason, this dog must be returned to Susan Devaux. The buyer agrees He will NEVER give away this border Collie or sell, or place in an Animal Rescue, Animal Shelter or Humane Society type organization of any kind.
With signature on this bill of sale the buyer agrees to maintain this animal with proper yearly vet care, vaccinations, worming, shelter and feeding as the animal requires for good health at Buyer's expense.
For the improved safety, health and enjoyment of this dog the seller strongly suggests this dog and his buyer go to "puppy classes" , basic obedience class and Canine Good Citizen Classes. If the dog attends and passes an AKC approved Canine Good Citizen Class, the buyer may send a copy to this certificate to the seller for a "bonus" of fifty dollars cash ($50.00) paid to the buyer.
This animal is sold with all vaccinations current, he/she is on monthly heartworm prevention program using "Interceptor" and monthly flea and tick prevention using "Frontline" given each month on the 15th if age appropriate .Seller suggests buyer proceed with health care as recommended by their vet as other products besides those named above may be more effective based on buyers location.
The seller warrants that she has made every effort to provide this dog to the buyer in good health and the future outcome in regards to this puppy dog's health, personality, demeanor and habits, good or bad are the responsibility of the buyer.
